Welcome To Carliwood Farms – Est. 1985

Carliwood Farms, nestled in beautiful Bennett Valley in Santa Rosa, California, is a 36 acre horse farm. Established in 1985,  the farm is composed of several large fields and paddocks, a riding arena, a mare barn and yearling barn, black Kentucky fencing, and a lovely creek running through the property. The driveway is lined with Scarlett Oak trees and there are numerous gardens and fruit trees throughout the property. It overlooks Annadale State Park and is across the street from Matanzas Creek Winery. Carliwood is a Thoroughbred Racing and Breeding Farm. At any given time, there will be several mares, weanlings, yearlings, and two-year olds grazing the pastures. The Kramers deliver the foals, and provide layups for our horses when they need time away from the track.
